Robin Richardson's Story
Life
Hi Everyone! I am married to Steven Reese. We met on the Internet. Steve & I married in April 2000 and have a beautiful son named Tyler, he was born March 3, 2001. We live in Fort Myers. Robin's family lives in Bonita Springs. Steve's family lives in Boca Raton. Steve owns his own home maintenance company. Robin is a Licensed Mortgage Broker and a Realtor since 1988.
Update as of December 2006, my husband, son & I have moved to a wonderful town called Cornelius, North Carolina. It is beautiful up here in NC! We love Lake Norman!
I will be Substitute Teaching for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System and working on obtaining my NC Real Estate License. Steve will continue his home maintenance business.
Our son Tyler is now 5 and attending a brand new school in Cornelius.
Updated August 3, 2007 - Tyler is now 6 and will be in 1st grade. We had to sell our new home but are still living in Cornelius NC. Steve will be working for Shutterfly. I am still Substituting and trying to locate a full time position with the school board or go back into Property Management.
Updated December 28, 2007 - Steve really likes working for Shutterfly. I like my new job. I am a Teacher Assistant at Mt Mourne Elementary School in Mt Mourne NC. I am a Sales Associate with Kohls in Huntersville and work a few nights a week. Tyler is 7 now and is in 2nd grade. We got a new puppy this year, his name is Weber and is a beagle.

ed April 13, 2012 - Steve continues his fine work at Shutterfly. I am still a Teacher Assistant and Bus Driver for Coddle Creek Elementary (formally Mt Mourne). Tyler is now 11 and in 5th grade. He is very tall (as tall as me). He enjoys bowling, playing the saxophone, art club and playing with his friends.
College
After graduating from Fort Myers High School in 1982, I attended Edison Community College then transferred to Santa Fe Community College. After returning to Fort Myers for a year, I attended Tallahassee Community College and then was accepted to Florida State University. Unfortunately, the university would not transfer all my credits so it was best for me to return to TCC and obtain my Associate of Arts Degree in Business. In 1988, I obtained my Florida Real Estate Salesman License and is current in 2004. In 2002, I obtained my Mortgage Broker license in the state of Florida.
Workplace
After college, I returned to Fort Myers, Florida and continued to work at Maas Brothers (now Burdines) in the Edison Mall as a Sales Associate. In 1988, I obtained my Florida Real Estate License. After several years in the Property Management and as a Realtor selling homes throughout Lee County, I decided to go into the mortgage business. I was a Loan Processor for several years and then decided to become a Mortgage Broker in 2002.
I originated and processed residential mortgage loans and sold real estate on the side
